What she found inside was heartbreaking: an emaciated male bulldog and an extremely aggressive female dog, both suffering from severe neglect.
The male bulldog, with overgrown nails and cuts on his face, was barely recognizable as an American Bulldog. He had been left without food or water for three weeks, surviving in conditions so horrendous that another small animal, either a dog or cat, had died and was in such a state of decay that its identity was unclear.
